Corporate Portrait Photography & Film — Law Firm, Munich & Hamburg

The brief was to simultaneously photograph and film the entire leadership team of an internationally networked law firm across offices in Munich and Hamburg — 18 individual portraits produced in both print format and as five-second video portraits, alongside 30-plus team branding images and continuous video footage, all with a consistent look and minimal disruption to their schedule.

Unlike a single-location shoot, working across two cities demanded a fully portable and precisely repeatable setup — lights, backgrounds, and camera positions reconstructed identically in each office so that a portrait shot in Hamburg is indistinguishable from one shot in Munich. Every technical variable was locked down in advance, allowing the focus on location to shift entirely to the people in front of the lens.

Each sitting ran to around 30 minutes — enough time to settle the subject, move between the stills and video components, and land on frames that feel considered rather than corporate. The aim throughout was the same: clean, confident images that work equally well as a courtroom headshot and a LinkedIn profile.

The complete set of images and video was delivered within five business days, optimised for web, print, and LinkedIn — now in use across the firm's website, internal directory, press releases, and LinkedIn profiles across both offices.
