Conference Photography — International Energy Firm, Munich

The brief was to document a one-day sales conference for a global energy firm, with around 350 attendees on location in Munich. Full event coverage was required throughout — C-level keynotes, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and an evening close that ended with a live performance from a well-known band.

Alongside the documentary coverage, a simultaneous edit and post-production workflow ran throughout the day — images reviewed, selected, and processed in real time as the event unfolded. The complete delivered set landed with the client the same day, ready for immediate publication.
