HR Photography & Film — Helicopter Transportation Company, Emden

The brief was to produce a comprehensive HR campaign for a helicopter transportation company with operations spanning the globe — a multi-day shoot on location in Emden, combining studio-style crew portraits with documentary footage in active operational environments.

We worked inside the hangars alongside maintenance crews, capturing the technical precision, specialist knowledge, and team culture that defines the company's day-to-day. Every frame needed to reflect the exacting standards of an industry where attention to detail is not optional — from the careful choreography of a maintenance procedure to the quiet focus of a technician at work.

The shoot then moved airborne — filming and photographing inside helicopters in flight over the North and Baltic Seas, including working from open doors at altitude where the assignment demanded it. Operating in these environments requires both technical adaptability and a calm, methodical approach: equipment secured, settings pre-planned, and the confidence to execute cleanly when the window is brief.

The deliverables were ten fully edited HR employee films, each formatted and optimised for LinkedIn and social media as part of the firm's talent acquisition campaign, alongside photography for use across all print media.
